My name is Randy Bess and last year I visited a Caribbean Island called Hispaniola. The place I visited was Sosua! The perfect tropical paradise. Sosua is a small Caribbean beach town located directly on the Atlantic Ocean and the North Coast of the Dominican Republic.
Originally a fishing village and small farming community, Sosua is on it’s way to becoming one the islands major tourist destinations. Many of the 20,000 residents are from all over the world including the United States, Canada, France, Germany and Italy. Spanish is the official language. English is widely spoken, especially in Sosua and Cabarete. Sosua Beach is the most dynamic beach in the Dominican Republic and according to many the most picturesque beach in the Greater Antilles.
The cultural, social, and entertainment attractions makes Sosua one of the most pleasurable vacation adventures in the Caribbean. It’s relatively unknown to most of the world making it a very affordable and true tropical getaway retreat.
